Kiara Bailey
Kiara Bailey started in her mother's salon in Turlock, California at sixteen. By twenty she was behind the chair on Rodeo Drive, working with A-list clients. She styled for the Oscars and appeared on The Oprah Winfrey Show.
She saw a gap in the market: no hair extension line built to the standard her clients demanded. She searched the world for the finest hair and founded Hair Lingerie in 2005. It's now trusted by stylists serving top-tier clients, worn by celebrities, and used on runways and at elite photo shoots.
She also saw that skilled stylists often lacked business training. She launched a mentoring program exclusively for Hair Lingerie certified stylists, covering technique and business strategy. She later created the Preferred Line to bring the same quality to more stylists at a more accessible price.
